Refund Policy

We have a 7-business-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as to when it left the store. Tires must be undamaged, unmounted and you must have your original proof of purchase or receipt.

Damages and issues

TIres that have been damaged by road hazards (curbs, nails, etc.) are not covered by our tire warranty. However if you experience a manufacturer defect (bulges, cracks, tread separation, bead wire failures etc.) in any of our tires; that will be covered by our warranty and the tire will be replaced. These types of defects would be apparent within the first few days of installation

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any items listed on “clearance” (products marked as clearance or products that have been discontinued) will not be accepted for return. All clearance items are final sale and do not apply for our warranty terms.

Exchanges

We highly encourage our customers to double-check tire sizes before they leave the store just to ensure they get exactly what they want. If you still take the wrong size home please come back as soon as possible (within 2 days of purchase) and do not attempt to install. We will be sure to get the mix up fixed as seamlessly as possible.
